Aspon Consulting announces the official launch of the new project entitled “Signs of Cohesion Policy in Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania”, co-funded by the European Union and implemented from September 2025 to August 2026. The project is coordinated by Aspon Consulting (CY), in partnership with the television channel ALPHA Cyprus, the organisation Asociatia SIMO from Romania and the Professor D-r Minko Roussenov Academic Foundation from Bulgaria.
The aim of the project is to strengthen citizens’ awareness in the three countries regarding the European Union’s Cohesion Policy, showcasing projects funded by the respective Fund and their impact on everyday life. At the same time, it seeks to foster interaction between policymakers, institutional stakeholders and civil society, promoting dialogue on the priorities and tools of Cohesion Policy. The project aspires not only to provide information but also to inspire joint reflection on the future direction of Cohesion policy.
Implementation will be based on a multi-level communication strategy, including an enhanced presence on social media, the use of digital and television media, innovative experiential activities such as thematic escape room game events, as well as open discussions. Through a variety of initiatives, the project seeks to create a vibrant channel of information and participation, encouraging citizens to become active contributors to the European experience.
“Signs of Cohesion Policy in Cyprus, Bulgaria and Romania” builds on two previous projects: “Cohesion Policy Stands By You” (2022–2023) and “Cohesion Policy is standing by Cyprus, France and Belgium” (2023–2024). These initiatives demonstrated that Cohesion Policy can be presented in ways that promote participation, directness and interactivity. The new project capitalises on this accumulated experience and extends cooperation to three countries that share common challenges and opportunities within the European integration process.
Throughout the twelve-month period, the public will have the opportunity to stay informed and take part in the project’s activities by following its official communication channels and actively engaging in events and discussions. The invitation is open to all those who wish to gain a better understanding of Cohesion Policy and contribute to the dialogue on the future of Europe.
